My story
I have worked in the recruitment sector since I was 18 - small firms, large organisations and high-profile niche teams, as well as internal recruitment departments. My introduction to crypto started in 2016 when two things happened - I witnessed my first Bitcoin transaction and in the same month, a contact informed me about the need for talent in crypto. When I spent 3 months in rural Nepal, I realised my two passions could be combined. Helping people live their best lives possible, and creating a more inclusive financial landscape. That was when I decided to focus my efforts on talent within crypto. 5+ years later, I've built a worldwide network of professionals within the Web3 arena. I'm proud of the work I've done, and the friends I've made along the way. Now, I travel the world and contemplate next steps, while supporting friends and projects I believe in.
